Do You Include High School On Your Resume?

Do You Include High School On Your Resume? When writing a resume, do you include high school? Here are some ways to tell if you should not include it on your document.First, there are many reasons to include your high school on your resume. The most obvious reason is that employers will want to see it. If they do see it, it will show that you have the ability to find a job and have a work history. This is often the case for many people who are looking for work.Another reason that you may choose to include high school on your resume is to show what your college experience was like. Often, employers want to know what your favorite subjects were in high school. You could include your favorite subjects in your high school or even highlight the ones that you think you would have liked best. High school can go by very quickly, so if you can write a good summary of your high school career, this will go a long way towards showing an employer that you are knowledgeable about certain topics and can apply this knowledge to your current life.Perhaps one of the most obvious reasons to include high school in your resume is that it shows that you took the time to prepare for your high school career. It shows that you took the time to learn how to take care of yourself and to understand the job market. Most people do not realize how important a resume really is until they get an interview and their resume is nowhere near finished.Another reason that you may choose to highlight this information on your resume is that you did not have a lot of time to write it. High school can be a big stress for many students and, therefore, many do not have the time to write a full-length resume. If you had a tough time learning how to draft a resume before you went off to high school, then you may not have the time to finish one after you graduate. One of the easiest ways to show that you want to apply your career focus to your current career is to show the school where you attended. Showing wh ere you went to school will help your resume stand out from others in your field. If you are applying for an entry-level position, showing the school where you attended could help to impress an employer. For those who are in the military, highlighting your military experience can be another great way to show your worthiness of the job. By including this information on your resume, you will show that you have accomplished the tasks that you have been assigned in the military. It can also help to draw attention to your accomplishments that are outside of the military. For example, if you want to apply for a position that requires international travel, then highlighting your international travel experience may be helpful in getting you noticed by the prospective employer. While you may consider these reasons to include high school on your resume to be obvious, it is important to make sure that you do. High school should be included because it shows that you took the time to prepare for t he future and because it shows that you have learned the importance of using a resume to your advantage. You should always include it on your resume.

6 Questions to Ask Yourself Before an Interview

6 Questions to Ask Yourself Before an Interview A lot of people ask me whether they are ready for their interviews. Quite honestly, if you are uncertain about this question, you are most likely not ready for your upcoming interviews. To help you be more aware of yourself and avoid being overconfident, the interview preparation tip today is to give you 6  questions that youd better ask yourself before an interview in order to be more certain about whether you are ready. Question #1 Are you familiar with the interview style and process? As is known to all, different companies may have totally different interview styles and processes. So its very important that you have done enough research about your target company. For instance, most big companies like Google, Facebook will have 2-3 phone screens before 4-5 on-site interviews. Interviews are very general and will mostly focus on data structure and algorithms. However for some other companies, they may have group interviews, or project-based interview, which are very different from the general ones. In addition, some companies really care about your code so that you are expected to write quite a lot code on a whiteboard, others may focus more on communication and analysis. So being more aware of your target company can make a huge difference. Question #2 Have you practiced with questions from past interviews? The prerequisite of this question is that have you been very familiar with basic knowledge like data structure and algorithm? If the answer is no, then youd better go back and prepare well for that. Theres no way to skip this step. Getting back to this question, its highly recommended to practice with questions from past interviews of your target company. Actually there are quite a lot online resources that allow  you to get this information, just Google XXX interview questions or check Glassdoor, you might be surprised by how many leaked questions are there. A common misunderstanding is that some people do this in hopes of being asked the same question during the interview. However, its not likely to happen although its possible. The real point here is to get familiar with what types of questions are asked. Its just like preparing an exam by practicing with questions from last year.  Also at the same time, you should have a very clear idea whether you are ready for it. If you cannot solve 60% of the questions, I would say you are not likely to pass the interview honestly. 70% 80% probably is on the edge as you should take many other factors into consideration like you might be nervous during the interview. Question #3 Do you know a lot about the company? One of the reasons that people failed the interview is that they didnt show enough passion about the job. More specifically, as an interviewer, I wont hire someone who isnt familiar about our company and product even if hes very outstanding in technical skills. Interview is kind of like dating in this sense as not only will you evaluate ones skill sets, but also find someone resonates with you and youd like to work with for a long while. So if you are targeting a company, do make sure you are at least familiar with the following: What the company is mainly about What is its business model What are its competitors and their weakness and strengths What are its tech stack What is its company culture Question #4 Have you practiced with a mock interview? Do you know that more than 90% of people failed their first job interview? Its not hard to explain this. People tend to fail when its the first time for them to do something and in fact we get improved by practicing and gaining experiences. If you dont have much prior interview experiences, you may not be comfortable with an interview as its so different from solving a problem by yourself since someone is looking over your shoulder while you are solving problems and intense discussion is required. You might be nervous or too exciting and may fail even the simplest question that you can solve within few minutes by yourself. Also, a lot of people are not accustomed to think in front of someone else as they feel distracted. There are quite a lot  solutions: You can apply for a bunch of companies and interview your dream company in the end. The advantage of this is that you can experience interviews from a lot of companies and try to get adapt to the intense atmosphere. However, you wont be able to get any authentic feedback as interviewers will always tell you that you did a great job even if you screwed up. In addition, its very time consuming to have lots of on-site interviews. You can ask your friend to do a mock interview with you. Itll be great if your friend is an experienced engineer so that he can have a lot of feedbacks for you. But do make sure that you guys take it very seriously, otherwise you wont experience the same level of nerve. You can have a mock interview from  Gainlo, which allows you to have mock interviews with experienced interviewers from Google, Amazon etc.. Question #5 Do you have any questions to ask the interviewer? In our previous post  Questions to Ask At The End of an Interview, we talked about how to impress your interviewer by asking good questions. Basically, this approach is a low hanging fruit that might make you standing out to some extent but doesnt require a lot of time to prepare. The golden rule is always to do enough research and investigation about the company before coming up with any question. Its odd to ask questions that can be easily found online like which languages are used in Google. However, if you are really interested in your target company, it shouldnt be hard to come up with good questions. You can consider the following aspects if you dont anything in your mind: Company culture Product Technical stack Company workflow Question #6 Do you prepare well for your self-introduction? Its extremely common to be asked to introduce yourself in the beginning of an interview. So its always recommended to prepare this well. Of course theres no standard answer to this question, but you still need to avoid the following common pitfalls: Introduction is too long. Usually, the interviewer will expect you to introduce briefly within a minute and if hes interested in any specific areas, he will further discuss with you. However, some people are too eager to show why hes capable of this job and keep talking about himself constantly. Too many details. Remember that what the interviewer needs is just a brief introduction that can help him better understand your background. Many people assume that interviewers have already read their resumes, which is not always true. When I interview someone, I dont really care about resumes as people tend to exaggerate their  impact. So only focus on high-level stuffs about yourself and dont involve too  many details. Too specific. Interviewers may have no idea about your past experience, so never assume that they know everything. In other words, your introduction should be easy to understand for people have no prior experience with your past projects. Summary The golden rule is always to do enough homework before your interview. These 6 questions are both some interview preparation tips and a checklist for you to make sure you are really ready for your interview.

This Common Post-Grad Career Move Will Actually Hurt You, According to New Study Todays school graduates are confronting another problem: More individuals than at any other time are acquiring degrees, yet huge numbers of them arent utilizing their (extravagant) educations.Instead of going after positions that require an advanced degree, numerous alumni are removing occupations that dont directly from school, such as bartending, driving for a ride-share application, or working at an espresso shop.Burning Glass Technologies, an occupation advertise examination firm, and philanthropic Strada Institute for the Future of Workset out to answer exactly how unsafe this choice is for new graduates. In request to comprehend howunderemploymentis influencing the latest age, they considered 4 million school graduates in the United States. They found that four out of 10 new graduates are at present underemployed.Overall, graduates who at first get themselves underemployed are multiple times bound to be underemployed later on, contrasted with the individuals who accept a position requiring their degree directly out of school. Also, of those underemployed graduates, 66% will be working precisely the same occupation in five years.Underemployment hits particularly hard for ladies. A larger number of ladies than men start their post-graduate lives underemployed (47 percent contrasted with 37 percent, separately) and ladies are more probable than men to remain underemployed in the future. This sexual orientation hole perseveres over the long haul and remains constant over each [college] major aside from building, the specialists wrote.Even in STEM fields like science and designing, which are generally seen as dependable majors with heaps of occupation accessibility, ladies are bound to leave school and enter work where they are underemployed. Why?According to the CEO of Burning Glass, Matt Sigelman, there are two potential reasons.First, female STEM understudies might not have a similar coach impact and open doors as male STEM students.Avoiding underemployment aft er school takes a cognizant technique, he said. A methodology that female understudies may not know is necessary.Men may have more grounded proficient systems directly out of school than ladies do, he continued. And, as per Sigelman, men are bound to go after positions that might be above them, requiring higher ability level or more experience than they really have.A man who has a couple of the prerequisites, yet not all, is probably going to apply at any rate, with that he can learn at work, he said. From the President August 2015

From the President August 2015 From the President August 2015 The Challenges of Advanced Manufacturing One of the most energizing improvements in cutting edge fabricating is the investigation of gracefully chain mechanization that centers around improving creation adaptability and continuous control for improved execution. The vision for the manufacturing plant of things to come shifts from the verifiable sequential construction system and vertical-coordination procedures to the one of worldwide mechanical environments with multi-layered provider systems. The advances taking care of this vision are enormous information examination, more prominent vitality proficient frameworks, and refined control frameworks that diminish inventories and different expenses. For the present, in any case, the essential how, when and whys are as yet vital to the discussion for receiving added substance fabricating forms into business and industry. Inquiries concerning these provokes carried numerous architects to the 2015 Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing (AM3D) Conference I went to not long ago, and a decent number of them were asked by engineers in little and medium-sized organizations. The potential reserve funds in materials, improved execution in lightweight structures, and the effect on the flexibly chain for confined customization for items is drastically evolving producing, however much is left to learn and across the board selection is still in front of us. Taking a cross-disciplinary survey of current work by early adopters in aviation, automotives, clinical gadgets, and other assembling applications can help other people define techniques around specific specialized necessities, and together we can resolve a portion of the difficulties. Key among the conversations is the means by which we can scale-up, for todays new businesses as well as the recovery of existing assembling areas. Business 3D printing is as yet costly. We despite everything are restricted in accessible feed materials. Moving up to advanced plants includes complex creation frameworks and organized assembling. A subsequent key test that needs consideration is the instruction and preparing of specialists and the more prominent workforce for this new time of assembling. Verifiably, fabricating is useful for economies, occupations and better expectations of living. Financial development makes a requirement for ability that would drive advancement. Long lasting learning openings are accessible for a customized approach for some individuals now, yet what and how we instruct changes. NSF Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program chief Rajesh Mehta has said what we need are create people with worldwide availability. To do any of this, we need more extensive, more extensive assembling networks to improve the exploration and development foundation, which will prompt shorter time periods among research and application. Local habitats for assembling keep on being built up all inclusive, guaranteeing the energy that will resonate all through enterprises and rising innovations. I anticipate seeing the improvement by one years from now AM3D in Charlotte, North Carolina. Julio C. Guerrero ASME President

Avoid These 3 Common And Costly Resume Mistakes

Keep away from These 3 Common And Costly Resume Mistakes In 2011, Google got a record 75,000 continues in multi week. That is a ton for HR and employing administrators to filter through and a ton of rivalry for candidates. A first separating frees the heap of resumes from potential applicants who don't meet least capabilities, which are immediately disposed of or saved, as are ones that attempt to hang out in crude manners. (I once got a resume on fluorescent lime-green art paper all blaze, little substance.) After that, directors search for different motivations to lessen the resume stack further by disposing of resumes dependent on content. A few candidates, when chopping their resumes down to include the best in class accomplishments and still make the information fit on a page or two, make a portion of the substance less clear. Others list errands theyve achieved, yet they disregard to append explicit outcomes to those exercises. Still others incorporate data that might be restrictive or secret a major warning to a potential boss. To discover other regular issues that businesses wish candidates would significantly increase keep an eye on their resumes and introductory letters, FairyGodboss checked in with four recruiting chiefs around the nation. Heres what they needed to state: 1. Theres no reason for errors. Mitchell Huber, Director of Sales of Benco Dental, had one (extremely vehement) answer spelling. Simply read the damn thing, he stated, including that a few missteps hes seen are crazy, for example, one resume that spelled the candidates affirmed place of graduation erroneously. Spelling blunders can happen for some reasons: you may honestly not realize how to spell a word, spelled it wrong via imprudent error, or your PC or telephone may have autocorrected. Editing for spelling is best dealt with by your companions, associates, or by an expert supervisor. That is on the grounds that a lot of studies, similar to this well known one by Cambridge University, have indicated that our cerebrums autocorrect words weve incorrectly spelled, making it increasingly hard for us to see our own missteps. 2. Be explicit. Danielle Brooks, President of Lake Washington Wellness Center, said shes tired of seeing resumes and introductory letters that are not equipped towards the activity. Dont just utilize one stock resume for each employment form reduce your experience to feature whatever is generally applicable to the activity to which youre applying. Todd Tzeng, President and CEO of Falcon Fulfillment and a sequential business person, approved abhorring when the capabilities on a resume dont appear to coordinate the position. The takeaway? Dont be conventional! 3. Ensure your connections are current. Kristen Gill, Founder and Owner of Kristen Gill Media, stated, Id state the one thing that I cannot pressure enough is for work searchers to twofold check the connections they send in their resumes and tests. I cannot reveal to you the occasions Ive tapped on old, obsolete or non-existing substance. Gill included that if youre including a portfolio, its best to stay up with the latest in light of the fact that tossing things together finally is when mistakes can happen. She likewise suggests keeping your LinkedIn nearness current. Perusing your resume once, twice, and a third time for the appeal and having a companion or two do it, also will assist you with having more certainty that your application materials are liberated from these basic yet expensive errors. - Previous educator Jill L. Cool New Features

Cool New Features Weve been working on lots of new features that youve been asking for heres a rundown of what should be released today (youll know its released when you see the Search Jobs option under Jobs keep reading for more info) Update: The release was issued at 7:15pm MST: Add multiple e-mail address and phone numbers for contacts In preparation for the Outlook integration (we hit a delay on that project by the way, so it will be a while before it comes out) we had to make the user experience more inline with how Outlook works. Which is great because many of you have been asking for the ability to add more phone numbers and e-mail addresses to your contacts. Now you can! (there is a new csv download so premium users can import contacts with multiple phone and e-mail records Ill post on it later but here it is for now) See the box that says personal hotmail? That is something that you define you name the e-mail address whatever you want. Same thing with the phone numbers in this example I call it Personal Long Distance but you can call it whatever you want. Job Search DelightI recently talked about using BounceBase to keep tabs on blogs and news and now weve integrated the Bounce technology into JibberJobber which gives you amazing job search capability. Two things I want to point out: You can search over multiple boards at once. While this is similiar to using an aggregator like SimplyHired or Indeed, this includes a lot more. Im not going to claim that we have the most job results like everyone else does, but Im sure youll be pleased to see the results. Bounce doesnt just aggregate job boards, it aggregates aggregators. As with the saved job feed results, when you view these results you can add them to a job tracking record with one click. Heres how it works: From the Jobs menu, click on Search Jobs.Note that mousing over the main menu items will usually show a drop down of additional menu items. So just mouse over Jobs to see the image on the left. Youll see this input form on the left. Notice that all of the sources are checked feel free to uncheck whatever you want. You can see that searching across all of these sources should give you great results! The results show up on the right the Create a new job based on this info link will add this as a job record. How cool is that! You can also save these searches for later so you dont have to put the same criteria in every time. Other Stuff If you have tried to edit a log entry before it may have seemed weird. Well, it was. Its all fixed now and editing a log entry is as powerful as it should be. Thanks to Dan Johnson for the nudge! We added a no ranking on the rankings throughout the system (on contacts, companies, jobs, etc.). Before, if you ranked someone between 1 and 5 stars you could not UNRANK them. Thanks to Tige in Washington D.C. for the suggestion! Tige also submitted a few contact importing issues that we hadnt caught, and are now resolved (had to do with formatting as well as other stuff that you probably arent interested in). On the detail page we show you the referred by person that is, the person that introduced you to this contact. Before it wasnt a link now it is. Super-easy to implement for us but it should make using JibberJobber more streamlined with how it should be. Somewhere in our releases we accidentally took a page away (sorry, and thanks to Oleg in Ohio for nudging us on this one also) this mostly affects premium users as its one of the coolest premium features there is (imho). Now, when you click on Interview Prep youll see the interview prep dashboard, on the bottom right is the page to print of the interview stuff by category. This is very powerful as it allows you to prepare for two different interviews and have printouts of each one (without getting mixed up on what response is for big healthcare and which is for small high-tech startup). This was actually released a while ago but I didnt tell anyone. HUGE thanks to YOU for letting me know what enhancements JibberJobber needs, and to my team of development and QA ninjas for their excellent work.

Writing a Resume When Reentering the Workforce

Writing a Resume When Reentering the WorkforceMany people are unaware of the fact that writing a resume when reentering the workforce can be the most difficult task. Most employers seem to have an agenda to ensure they employ someone with good skills and credentials; even though many employees leave a career because they were not successful in the first place. In addition, current employees are less likely to want to apply for a new job than applicants who have recently left.Yet all these things can be overcome by carrying out some research before you even start your resume writing job interview. Before you actually begin writing your resume it is important to understand what a resume is for. You may not understand this, but it is an opportunity to let others know about your skills and qualifications; to highlight the abilities you have that may be able to help the company you are applying for.If you start the writing process without understanding what a resume is meant to do, then y ou might find that your resume just sounds like a bunch of bluster. The resume is a way to share information about the type of work you did, the responsibilities you had, and the reasons why the employer may need to hire you. Writing a resume that is wrong for the kind of work you do is probably not the best approach. The purpose of a resume is to get the conversation started. When a resume is not appropriate for the type of work you did in the past, you will be placed on the appropriate side of the table. If it does not mention your skill set adequately, then you will have a hard time getting the conversation started. This is all part of the competition for employment in today's labour market.A typical resume that was designed with the idea of making a good impression should be organized and concise. It should not be long and it should not be difficult to read. The same applies to writing a resume when reentering the workforce. You may feel that you can get away with a longer resume if the company you are applying for needs information, but this may not be true.A candidate who is looking to secure employment with an organisation that requires extensive information and perhaps references or even a portfolio of previous employment experience may find that a long resume is the way to go. The more information you include, the better off you will be. If you do not feel comfortable with a long resume then it may be a good idea to consider an outline format that is also very helpful when writing a resume when reentering the workforce. It is no secret that employers want to see examples of previous employment experience and achievements, and this is where the outline format comes in handy. This is particularly important if you have been working for someone else before you have joined them. Employers will be interested in knowing what you have done with that previous experience and how you have used it for the benefit of your new employer. So next time you are facing a r esume writing challenge, do not worry if it seems complex. The ideal format will be tailored to your particular situation, and you will find that it will help you to express yourself clearly and concisely. If you follow these rules, you will get a successful resume write-up.

How to turn an interview into a job

How to turn an interview into a job Hiring managers dont hire the most qualified person. They hire the person they want to work with the most. Whether this is fair is not up for discussion, because the philosophical and de facto practices of corporate hiring arent going to change any time soon. However, we can discuss how to get hired when being qualified is a small factor in the decision. Too many people have had slews of interviews with no offers. To be sure, you need to work at getting interviews, but you also need to work hard at turning an interview into a job. The skills to turn an interview into a job have little to do with having the skills to do the job. People use resumes and phone screens to make sure someone has the skills to do the job. When you get to the interview, its usually about other things such as the unquantifiable but all-important likeability factor. Here are six steps between landing the interview and actually doing it that will help you get an offer. 1. Research the company. Comb through every section of the companys site and memorize it as if you were cramming for a test. Unlike a test, though, you wont have a chance to spout the six facts you learned about the company during the interview. Rather, there will be a random, fleeting second when a relevant fact you gained from the site will be the perfect answer to something the interviewer says. To find the right comment for that fleeting moment, youll need wide knowledge and good judgment. The overall goal is to seem as though you are intimately aquainted with their area of business and you monitor the company independently of your desperate need for a job. Favorite places to do reasearch about companies: TechCrunch (for startups), TechDirt (gossip for intellectuals), Fortune (to know what everyone else knows). 2. Get the right outfit. Corporate America has a uniform; wear it. People like to hire people who look like them, and clothing is the easiest way to make this impression. An interview is not the time to dress to express your true self. In fact, no one needs to know your true self at the office. You will fit in and work best with others by keeping eccentricities to a minimum. Each company has a variation on the uniform, so loiter near the office ahead of time and spy on its workers to get a sense of the corporate dress code. 3. Prepare stock answers. Most interview questions are standard, and surprisingly enough, have standard answers. Take the question, Why did you want to leave your current job? The correct answer incorporates phrases like, I am looking for a company like this one, and Your company offers a unique opportunity that is a perfect fit for me. Learn these answers before the interview and be prepared to deliver them with a special flair, so they dont seem rehearsed. There are three or four good books that list interview questions and how you should answer them. The one I have used successfully is, The Complete QA Job Interview Book, by Jeffrey B. Allen. Also, Perri Capell points out that your answers should always be on message speaking to most important points you want to make about yourself. 4. Go to the gym. Taking charge of the first 15 seconds of an interview is critical. An interviewer will judge you first and most significantly on non-verbal cues, and having a great interview outfit alone may not be enough to make the best impression. This is because thin, good-looking people are more likely to get hired than overweight, less attractive people. If you have scheduled the interview already, its probably too late to drop forty pounds. But go to the gym anyway. By using your chest and back muscles to life weights, youll stand up straighter in the interview which shows poise and self-confidence. Also take a ride on the treadmill. The more energy you expend now the more relaxed youll be at the interview, and being calm will help you seem more confident. 5. Prepare to close the deal. Leave nothing open-ended when you walk out of the interview. This means saying at the end, I would really like this job. Do you have any reservations about hiring me? This is scary to say because the interviewer might have reservations you cant overcome. But closers get the contracts, and you need to be a closer in interviews. Risk hearing any reservations about hiring you because its better to confront them and fail than to never try. You have nothing to lose. When I tried this, the hiring manager told me her reservations (which were large). After I countered them one by one, she was so impressed that she offered me a job on the spot. But I also had done my homework. I knew what I wanted from a job and what were dealbreakers. And I had prepared extensively for the interview. Which leads me to my last point. 6. Practice, practice, practice. Maybe your friends will be helpful in a mock interview situation. Even if your friend does a terrible job pretending to be an interviewer, you get practice interviewing with someone who doesnt know how to do their job. You can bet, though, that someone in the career counseling office of your college knows what they are doing in this regard. Career centers are evaluated based on the career success of their graduates, so most centers are happy to field your phone calls, no matter how long ago you graduated. Ask someone there to do a mock interview with you. The feedback you get will probably be very useful.

Can You Spare 40 Minutes to Learn a New Trick - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career

Can You Spare 40 Minutes to Learn a New Trick - Personal Branding Blog - Stand Out In Your Career They say an old dog cannot learn a new trick. I think that is categorically false. If you really want to do something, youll find a way. If you dont, youll find an excuse. 5 years or 20 hours? Would you be willing to spend 20 hours to acquire a new skill? Thats only about 40 minutes a day for a month. Compared with the 10,000 hours to master a skill this seems like a reasonable trade off. Are you going to be a master carpenter, fluent in a language or capable of engineering a skyscraper with 20 hours of intensive study? Of course not! Thats not the point. The point is If you want to learn a skill. To really LEARN a skill you can get the basics down in 20 hours. If all you want to do is understand a process or problem set this might be all you need. If this is an exploratory profession or line of thinking you have only committed about 1 month to the effort. If you find this to be something you are passionate about you will get to the 10,000 hour point. (probably in a lot less than 5 years too) 20 Hours for a new Skill This seems like a pretty easy and workable timeframe, right? It definitely beats the 10,000 hours espoused by Malcolm Gladwell in  his book Outliers: The Story of Success which was based on research by several other researchers in a few different fields. What does it take to make it happen? There is a simple Four Step Process that Josh Kaufman created. He is the  author of The First 20 Hours. Deconstruct the skill Self-correct Remove barriers to learning Practice at least 20 hours The First 20 minutes of your Forty Minutes is to watch this video …  Learn Anything in 20 Hours with This Four Step Method There you have it. Will you commit 20 hours? Thats only about 40 minutes a day for a month. Can you turn off all your distractions and really focus? I think it is quite possible and I know it works. Long before I had ever heard of this model for learning I needed to learn a programming language. We had just had our first baby and I didnt have a lot of free time. So, from midnight until 1 am for about 3 weeks I committed my time to learn it. Guess what? It worked. What will you learn? What have you been thinking about, but not committed to yet? Will you make a commitment now and put it in play? For me I want to learn conversational Spanish. I’ll commit right here and now to put in 40 minutes for a month. What do you want to do? Drop me a note in comments if you are so inclined and well keep each other motivated. Author: Jeff   is a veteran in the Enterprise Content Management industry.
